  I travel though Kemptville quite often on my way to Ottawa. For the past few years I normally will swing into shoeless for lunch on my way.
  Yesterday I stopped in ready for lunch. After about 10 minutes the bartender came over and said she would be right with me, 7-8 min later came and asked what I would like to drink. I almost left at this point having to wait so long even for a drink but the food is good so I will just relax for a few minutes. A few others came in after I ordered my drink, she proceeds to get them all drinks before looking after me.
  After almost 30 minutes waiting for a iced tea, I walked up as she was pouring another beer and she grabbed a cup and tried to get me my drink. Too late, I am done with waiting when there like 4 other tables in here.
  Being a traveler, I would say that I eat out at restaurants 400-500 times a year unfortunately, I have never been ignored like this before. All I can figure out is I ordered a pop instead of a beer so it was less money..??.. I would have ordered a sandwich and salad. My bill would have been 25-26 bucks and I would have left 40 bucks. The way I see is they are the ones who lost... a returning customer, a decent tip for very little work, and another bad review. I see why in the small town of Kemptville you at 19th out of 30 restaurants on tripadvisor.

  Great food! Service was quick! Really enjoyed having a TV screen in our booth so we could watch the Sens game during our dinner.
